As I was looking through a Bible bookstore sometime ago, my eyes rested upon a CD cover from a popular southern gospel family group. I could not help but notice the title of the project. “Blur
The Lines” was what they had chosen for people to see on the cover of their music. It seemed to be more than the title of a music project but rather the title of a trend or the focal point of an agenda. I
have not heard any of the songs of the project, so I don’t know what their motivation was for this title. I do know there is an all out assault upon the “lines”. The standards or landmarks have come under tremendous fire in these last days. Times and cultures do change, but God’s Holy Word is timeless.
